Its was our first time visiting as a family of 4. Two adults and two boys. My husband ordered a Galveston water and we ordered a pizza pretzel for the table to share. Huge appetizer!! Everyone enjoyed their meals. The portions were generous and everyone had leftovers. The staff was attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend and return to.

One of the best places in Galveston to enjoy great meat!
For my part, the pork ribs were delicious, tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sauce.
The dessert also deserves a special mention: the cheesecake was simply outstanding, easily one of the best I’ve ever had ♥️
The service was excellent. Unsure of what to order, we received great recommendations from a very kind and attentive server.
As for the atmosphere, it captures the true Texan spirit, with authentic set, full of local things.

In town for a cruise & the name caught my attention but the reviews reeled me in. Everything from the location, theme/decor, service & food were perfect! Hunter, our server, was excellent! Super friendly, prompt, gave great suggestions & was always checking back in on us. Our food came out exactly as ordered, fresh & hot. I loved the huckleberry lemonade! If I make it back to Galveston, Doc Holiday’s will be a dinner must! Thank you, Hunter for the amazing service!

Loved everything about this place.
Unique interior and exterior décor, yummy drinks, delectable food and attentive service all made for a wonderful experience.
Prime rib was cooked to perfect doneness and both the Cheesy Mac ’N Cheese Quesadilla and Bam-Bam Shrimp were delicious.
We stayed until sundown and couldn't get enough of the beautiful scenery.
Highly recommended.

This is a very cool place! The decor is incredible. Take time to enjoy some of the signs! Our waiter, Ryan was great. He was kind, conscientious and friendly despite being busy. All of the wait staff were busy as were the busboys and ladies but everything was done well. We found the prices reasonable and the food was plentiful and good. We were greeted by Ryan soon after we were given our table by the very sweet hostess and were treated well during our entire visit. This restaurant appears to be doing well and that's partly because of the excellent wait staff like Ryan. Thank you for a great experience! I highly recommend a visit here!

We loved Doc Holliday’s Roadhouse in Galveston! The food was great, atmosphere was fun and our waitress, Danielle, couldn’t have been better! We had the redneck spring rolls and they were delicious! I had the bone-out ribeye with grilled onions, mushrooms and shrimp, and brussells sprouts and steamed broccoli! My husband had their chicken fried steak, baked potato & salad! I took a piece of their cheese cake to-go! Everything was delicious! Danielle made me a coconut margarita that tasted like vacation! Go see Danielle! You’ll be glad you did!

Beautiful restaurant
Great service by greeter & waitress
Food was absolutely phenomenal.
My husband ordered the cowboy burger with tots. It was a freakin' HUGE burger. The pics don't even do it justice, honestly! The tots were not one bit soggy; they were perfectly crisped. The burger was juicy, thick, and tasty. I ordered the honey garlic pork chops which were also juicy and very tasty... they were perfectly cooked. 👌🏼 The cole slaw had a really good flavor...like a slight apple taste which was really good, just different than most (but that's a good thing). Not one complaint here. We will be back.

I'm from Wimberley, Texas and my travel partner is from Chicago. We always meet in Galveston for vacations. Doc Holidays was new to us so we had to try it. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere is off the charts. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. We were not that hungry but we had to try the place out so we just had soup. It was amazing. I'm sure we will be back next year

Doc Holliday's was excellent! The portions were huge, and everything we ordered was packed with flavor. The atmosphere was one of the best parts of the experience. You can watch Tombstone while you eat and enjoy all the memorabilia related to the movie and the real Doc Holliday.
The statues were impressive, and the motorcycle with Doc Holliday was especially cool. There were cowboy boots, hats, cow skulls, and other Western decorations hanging throughout the restaurant, creating a fun and unique experience.
Great food, great atmosphere, and a memorable dining experience. If you're in Galveston, this is a must-visit spot near the water!

I had a really enjoyable evening at Doc Holliday’s Roadhouse.
The food overall was good and the Bam Bam Shrimp was a highlight crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
I also loved the baked potato warm and fluffy!
The portion sizes were generous, so you won’t leave hungry.
The service was friendly, which added to the experience.
The only downside was a 30-40 minute wait since it was a busy Saturday night. But honestly, it was totally worth it once we got seated.
I’d give the food itself a solid 4 out of 5, but overall, I’m giving it 5 stars because the whole experience left me happy and satisfied!
